The concept for the area's development is structurally linked to the landscape features of the Dreta River basin - gravel banks, lines of dense riverside vegetation, expansive meadows, and orchards.

The green system, which emphasizes existing vegetation structures and adapts to the river plain, is the cornerstone of the identity for the new design concept.
